DR/CT成像系统的曝光参数建模及快速优化方法
Modeling and rapid optimization methods of exposure parameters for DR/CT imaging systems
【摘要】 针对工业DR/CT成像系统中曝光参数难以快速优化确定的问题,提出了一种简便的曝光参数优化方法。首先根据射线成像的辐射量及探测器输出曲线的特性,推导了曝光参数模型的表达式,然后选用对比度和信噪比来表征DR/CT图像的质量,分析了曝光参数与图像质量的关系,给出了曝光参数优化的目标函数,进而确定了曝光参数优化的3个准则。实验中针对具体成像系统建立了曝光参数模型,实现了曝光优化参数的快速获取,显著提高了成像质量和检测效率。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to rapidly optimize and determine the exposure parameters in industrial digital radiography(DR)/computed tomography(CT)imaging systems,a simple exposure parameter optimization method is proposed.Firstly,the expression of the exposure parameter model is derived according to the amount of radiation in ray imaging and the characteristics of the detector output curve.Then,contrast and signal to noise ratio(SNR) are used to characterize the quality of the DR/CT images;and the objective function of the exposure parameter optimization is given based on the analysis of the relationship between exposure parameters and image quality.Finally,three optimization criteria of the exposure parameters are determined.In the experiment,the exposure parameter model was established and the optimized exposure parameters were quickly obtained for a specific imaging system;and the image quality and detection efficiency are significantly improved.
