轻通信负荷的转子参数遥测技术研究
Study on parameter telemetry for rotary machine with light communication load
【摘要】 为了解决转子参数遥测过程中大量数据实时传输的困难,提出了一种轻无线通信负荷的遥测技术方案,通过节点的实时异变检测、高速本地存储、过程数据抽取等环节,减少实时无线数据传输。针对节点资源的特点,异变检测采用改进的任意长度支集Harr小波变换,可靠性高、实时性好;数据存储利用A/D转换时间,提高采集和存储的总体速率;数据抽取采用自适应提升格式小波变换,兼顾数据量减少和信号特征保留。最后在自行设计的转子参数遥测系统中测试各个环节的功能,验证轻通信负荷下进行一般转子参数遥测的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the difficulty of transmitting large amounts of real-time data in the process of parameter measurement for rotary machine,a parameter telemetry scheme with light wireless communication load is put forward,which reduces the real-time wireless data transmission by using real-time mutation detection,high-speed local storage,process data extraction and other sectors on the nodes.According to the characteristics of node resources,in mutation detection an improved Harr wavelet transform with any support length is adopted,which has the advantages of high reliability and good real-time performance.In data storage the A/D conversion time is used to improve the overall speed of acquisition and storage.In data extraction an adaptive lifting scheme wavelet transform is adopted,which takes into account both reducing the amount of data and reserving signal characteristics.The functions of various sectors were tested on the self-designed rotor parameter telemetry system,which verifies the feasibility of common parameter telemetry for rotary machine with light communication load.
