【摘要】 糖皮质激素临床应用广,不良反应发生率高,长期大剂量使用过程中突然停药或减量过快可导致药源性肾上腺皮质萎缩和功能不全及反跳现象,因此临床药师在糖皮质激素治疗中进行用药教育尤为重要。本文结合肾内科典型病例,对不同患者糖皮质激素用药教育的侧重点进行讨论,以期为该治疗中的临床药学工作提供思路,避免或减少药物不良反应,提高患者的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Glucocorticoids are widely used,adverse reaction rate is high,the long-term high-dose use process sudden withdrawal or loss too fast can cause drug-induced adrenal cortical atrophy and the function is not complete and rebound phenomenon,so clinical pharmacists in glucocorticoid treatment for drug education is especially important.Based on the typical cases of renal medicine for different patients glucocorticoid use the emphasis of the education,in order to discuss the treatment of clinical pharmacy work provide ideas,avoid or reduce the adverse drug reaction,improve patient compliance.更多还原
