【摘要】 目的:比较3种门冬胰岛素30联合用药方案对2型糖尿病患者的血糖波动的影响。方法:将2型糖尿病患者随机分为3组,A组:门冬胰岛素30注射液每日2次,联合二甲双胍片治疗;B组:门冬胰岛素30注射液每日3次,联合二甲双胍片治疗;C组:门冬胰岛素30注射液每日2次,联合二甲双胍片和阿卡波糖片治疗。收集疗效及安全性数据,进行统计学分析。结果:3种方案控制患者血糖效果理想,疗效和安全性相似,组间无显著性差异;但3组间SDBG有显著性差异,B组<C组<A组(F=6.02,P<0.01);A组晚餐前血糖值最高(7.14±1.06mmol/L,F=5.63,P<0.05)。结论:B组方案血糖波动最小,A组方案晚餐前血糖控制效果差于B组和C组,治疗早期C组方案控制血糖显效更快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the blood glucose fluctuation of three combination therapy scheme of insulin aspart 30 in type 2 diabetes subjects.Methods: The subjects with type 2 diabetes were divided into 3 groups randomly.Group A: insulin aspart 30 injection,twice daily,plus metformin tablets;Group B: insulin aspart 30 injection,three times daily,plus metformin tablets;Group C: insulin aspart 30 injection,twice daily,plus metformin and acabose tablets.The efficacy and safety economic data were collected and analyzed.Results: The blood glucose of three groups all dropped obviously,and the efficacy and safety were similar in 3 groups.There is no significant diference among three groups,but there were obvious differences among three groups in SDBG,B group<C group<A group,(F=6.02,P<0.01);blood glucose before supper of group A showed highest,(7.14±1.06mmol/L,F=5.63,P<0.05).Conclusion: The blood glucose fluctuation of scheme B showed least.Scheme A showed poorer control of the blood glucose before supper,compared with scheme B and C.Scheme C showed the shortest time to decrease blood glucose in early-stage.更多还原
