【摘要】 目的总结呼吸系统疾病以外,引起呼吸困难的其他原因,以提高临床诊治水平。方法对云南省第二人民医院呼吸科2010年6月~2012年1月就诊的非呼吸系统疾病所致呼吸困难患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果 32例呼吸困难患者心功能衰竭22例,甲状腺肿大压迫气管5例,甲状腺功能减退并心包积液1例,喷门失弛缓症1例,贫血2例,糖尿病酮症酸中毒1例。结论临床上引起呼吸困难的病因很多,根据临床特点进行合理性诊断是获得良好疗效的重要前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the causes of dyspnea in patients without respiratory system disease.Methods Clinical data of our department from 2010 June to 2012 January in patients with respiratory difficulties without respiratory disease were retrospectively analyzed.Result In 32 patients with dyspnea,there were 22 cases of heart failure,5 cases of thyroid enlargement with compression of the trachea,1 case of hypothyroidism with pericardial effusion,1 case of cardiac achalasia,2 cases of anemia and 1 case of diabetic ketoacidosis.Conclusion There are many causes of dyspnea on clinic.Reasonable diagnosis is an important prerequisite for achieving good results.更多还原
