【摘要】 目的:探讨腹部加压固定在多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像中的应用价值,以提高多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像的成功率及图像质量。方法:将194例患者随机分为2组,A组108例,呼吸屏气采用检查前传统训练法;B组86例,呼吸屏气采用腹部加压固定+检查前传统训练法。然后对2组图像进行质量评分,对冠状动脉节段显示率进行统计分析。结果:A组108例中有8例图像质量不佳,影响临床诊断,成功率为92.6%(100/108);B组86例图像质量良好,可以满足临床诊断,成功率为100%(86/86)。结论:腹部加压固定辅助呼吸屏气能很好地控制患者检查时的屏气呼吸,提高多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像的成功率及其图像质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of abdominal compression fixation for MSCT coronary angiography.Methods Totally 194 patients were divided into two groups, with 108 ones in Group A and 86 ones in Group B. The patients in Group A went through traditional breath holding training before examination, and the ones in Group B through abdominal compression fixation and traditional breath holding training before examination. Then the image quality of the two groups was compared, and the rates for displaying coronary segments were analyzed statistically. Results There were 8 ones with unsatisfactory images in Group A, and the success rate was 92.6%; the success rate in Group B was 100%. Conclusion Abdominal compression fixation and breath holding can promote the success rate and image quality of MSCT coronary angiography更多还原
