【摘要】 目的:探讨应用纸质标志牌对器械周转循环过程质量控制的有效性。方法:器械常规包装后在包外挂上纸质标志牌,每一标志牌随器械完成一次循环。观察使用纸质标志牌前后器械清洗的质量、包装质量、器械丢失及找回情况。结果:保证了器械的供应质量,清洗合格率由93.8%提高到98.4%(P<0.01),包装合格率由97.0%提高到99.2%(P<0.05),器械丢失或部件缺失发生率由0.38%降低到0.12%(P<0.05),器械丢失后24 h内找回率由45.2%提高到91.7%(P<0.01)。结论:以纸质标志牌为载体进行器械周转循环过程质量控制的方法可对器械处理和使用各环节进行有效管理,提高无菌物品供应的准确性和安全性,提高医疗质量,保障患者的生命安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of paper label for the quality control in cyclic utilization of surgical instruments.Methods The paper label was attached to the packaged instruments,and then removed after one cycle.The cleaning quality,packaging quality,lost and getting back of the instruments were analyzed before and after the involvement of the paper label.Results The supply quality of the instruments was enhanced,with the qualified rate for cleaning increased from 93.8% to 98.4%(P<0.01),the qualified rate for packaging from 97.0% to 99.2%(P<0.05),the incidence rate for lost instruments or components reduced from 0.38% to 0.12%(P<0.05),and the rate for getting back the lost instruments increased from 45.2% to 91.7%(P<0.01).Conclusion The paper-label-based quality control in cyclic utilization of surgical instruments contributes a lot to the whole-course management,and the accuracy and safety of sterile materials supply are enhanced greatly.更多还原
