【摘要】 目的:观察自制驱止血带在心房颤动导管消融术后血管穿刺处压迫止血的效果。方法:选取诊断为心房颤动行导管消融术患者78例,随机分组。实验组(n=36)术后腹股沟股静脉穿刺处采用自制的驱止血带压迫止血6 h,患者取平卧位4 h后下肢可水平移动,可按需轴式翻身,平卧位或侧卧位交替;对照组(n=42)术后采用传统的长方形沙袋压迫股静脉穿刺处6 h,患者取平卧位6 h,双下肢伸直制动。比较2组患者术后穿刺局部出血/血肿情况、有无术后下肢麻木感、排尿困难和睡眠障碍等不良反应发生。结果:2组患者局部出血/血肿发生情况:实验组9例,对照组21例,2组有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后发生不良反应情况:实验组25例、对照组42例,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制驱止血带用于心房颤动患者导管消融术后血管穿刺处压迫止血较传统的沙袋压迫更安全、有效、舒适,在压迫期间,患者不会因变换体位造成压迫点的偏移而增加出血的风险,明显缩短了患者强迫卧位肢体制动的持续时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of selfmade hemostatic pad for the oppression at the puncture site after atrial fibrillation catheter ablation.Methods The patients scheduled to undergo AF ablation were randomized into the experimental group(n=36) and went through 6-hour oppression,who supined for 4 hours and then had their lower limbs moved horizontally.Axial body-turning could be performed as needed,with prostrate and lateral positions alternated.The subjects in the control group(n =42) underwent 6-hour oppression with the rectangular sandbag,and were kept at the prostrate position for 6 hours with the lower limbs immobilized.The adverse effects such as the local hematoma,lower limbs anesthesia,dysuria and dyssomnia in the two groups were compared.Results There was significant difference between the numbers of local hematoma in the two groups,with 9 ones in the experimental group,21 ones in the control group and P<0.05;also between the numbers of adverse effects in the two groups,with 25 ones in the experimental group,42 ones in the control group and P<0.05.Conclusion The selfmade hemostatic pad behaves better than the traditional sandbag,which eliminates the possibility of bleeding from the deviated pressure spot and thus shortens the duration for immobilizing the limbs.更多还原
