【Abstract】 As an important organ,adipose tissue is responsible for the storage and metabolism of energy.Furthermore,it takes part in the regulation of numerous physiological functions though secreting a large number of hormones and cytokines.Recently,lots of researches have revealed that obesity,diabetes are related to dysfunction of adipose.In this review,the endocrine function of adipose tissue,and the role of adipose tissue dysfunction in the pathogenesis of obesity and diabetes have been summarized.更多还原
