昆明市生态环境状况评价及对策

Evaluation on the Eco-environmental Status of Kunming and Countermeasures

【摘要】 根据昆明市生态环境质量调查统计数据,以生物丰度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地退化、环境质量等指数为指标,对昆明市生态环境质量现状进行了客观评价。结果表明:2010年昆明市的生态环境状况指数为57.28,总体生态环境状况良好;生态环境质量在西部地区处于优势地位,在全国处于中等偏上水平;与2005年比较,生态环境质量略有改善。最后,结合昆明市的生态建设规划目标,对今后5a昆明市的生态环境质量进行了预测,并提出了合理化的生态环境保护和建设对策措施。

【Abstract】 According to the statistics from the investigation on the eco-environment in Kunming,the status of eco-environmental quality(EQ) in Kunming was evaluated objectively by the biological abundance index,the vegetation index,the density index of the rivers(lakes) network,the land degradation index,the environmental quality index.The results showed that: the eco-environmental index(EI) in Kunming was 57.28 in 2010,and the general eco-environmental status was good;the EQ was in a dominant position in the western region,and an above average level in China.Compared with the situation in 2005,the EQ has been improved slightly.Finally,in line with the objectives of the eco-environmental construction planning of Kunming,the EQ of Kunming in the next five years was forecasted,and the rational countermeasures on eco-environmental protection and construction were proposed.
