【摘要】 文章分析了外商直接投资、金融发展对产业结构优化的影响,并运用广东省1979～2010年的经验数据对其进行了实证检验。研究发现:外商直接投资的流入有利于广东省产业结构的调整优化;金融发展水平对广东省产业结构优化产生了积极影响,除了直接作用外,金融发展还会和外资交互作用对产业结构优化产生有利的影响。分析结果进一步表明,外商直接投资与金融发展对产业结构优化的影响彼此加强,金融发展水平越高,外资对产业结构优化的作用就越明显,而外资流入规模的不断扩大,则会强化金融发展对产业结构优化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studies the influence of FDI and financial development on industrial structure optimization and an empirical test is made by using empirical data of Guangdong province from 1979 to 2010.Research finds out that FDI and financial development level play positive roles in adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure of Guangdong province as well as the interaction of financial development and FDI.Furthermore,the impact of FDI and financial development on industrial structure optimization supports each other.The higher the financial development level,the more significant of FDI’ s influence on industrial structure optimization.Meanwhile,the increase of FDI will strengthen the optimization function of financial development on industrial structure.更多还原
