【摘要】 田间调查发现,湖北省长阳县玉米粗缩病发生普遍,白背飞虱大量分布,未见灰飞虱存在。通过症状观察、病毒dsRNA基因组电泳图谱分析、RT-PCR、序列分析等鉴定方法,对湖北长阳玉米粗缩病进行病原鉴定。结果表明,湖北长阳发生的玉米粗缩病是由新的水稻斐济病毒暂定种——南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)引起。更多还原

【Abstract】 Field investigations were conducted on the viral diseases in Changyang county,Hubei province.Maize rough dwarf disease was the main virus disease with vast white-backed planthoppers but few small brown planthoppers.By symptom observation,dsRNA profiling,RT-PCR and sequence analysis,the pathogen of the maize rough dwarf disease in Changyang county was identified as the proposed novel Fijivirus species,the name is Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV).更多还原
