【摘要】 本文由对风险的认识提出了医疗耗材风险管理的概念,并根据医疗耗材在医疗机构应用的流程对医疗耗材风险的来源进行了识别和区分。根据对风险的评估,介绍了我院在采购管理、仓储管理、风险监测、整体指标控制、持续改进等方面所建立的风险控制制度。通过一系列制度的实施,有效降低了医疗耗材的风险。最后提出了下一步要开展的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of medical consumables risk management is proposed on the understanding of risk in this paper. The risk sources of medical consumables were identified and distinguished according to the application process of medical consumables in medical facilities. This paper introduced the risk control system used in the hospital including procurement and storage management, risk monitoring, overall index control and sustained improvements in accordance with risks assessment. Through implementation of a series of measures, the risks of medical consumables have been effectively reduced. Finally, further work was put forward in this paper.更多还原
