【摘要】 目的探讨原发性肺淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性总结原发性肺淋巴瘤4例,并结合文献对其临床表现、影像学特点、诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果原发性肺淋巴瘤临床表现无特异性,影像学改变易误诊为支气管肺癌。确诊主要依靠开胸手术,纤维支气管镜病理阳性率低。结论及时进行有创检查有利于早期诊断原发性肺淋巴瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of primary pulmonary lymphoma(PPL).Methods A retrospective review of 4 PPL cases was performed,and relevant literature was reviewed.Result PPL was easy to be misdiagnosed due to non specific clinical and imaging manifestations.The invasive biopsy is the main diagnosis approach.The positive incidence of fiber-bronchoscopic biopsy is low.Conclusion Appropriate invasive biopsy is necessary for early diagnosis of PPL.更多还原
