【摘要】 目的:分析探讨鼻腔扩容术对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院耳鼻喉科自2011年9月至2013年9月收治的86例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者的临床资料,分析鼻腔扩容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床效果。结果:术后6个月随访,鼻腔扩容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床有效率为100%,术后无鼻中隔穿孔,鼻腔粘连等并发症。结论:鼻腔扩容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎不但临床效果显著,而且保护了鼻腔功能,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of expansion nasal surgery treatment on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 86 cases with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in E.N.T. Department in the hospital from September 2011 to September 2013,and the clinical result of expansion nasal surgery treatment on chronic hypertophic rhinitis was analyzed. Results After 6 months of follow-up,expansion nasal treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis clinical effective rate was 100%,with no postoperative nasal septum,nasal adhesions and other complications. Conclusion Expansion nasal surgery treatment on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis not only has significant clinical result,but also protect the function of nasal.
