【摘要】 目的:研究正畸治疗过程中个人口腔保健措施对牙龈炎的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2007年3月-2013年1月收治的牙齿正畸患者400例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各200例。试验组采取系统的健康教育以增强其个人口腔保健措施,对照组采取一般健康教育方式,观察对比两组患者在治疗后的第3、6个月牙龈炎的发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者第6个月的牙龈炎发生率为9%,对照组为24%,两组患者牙龈炎的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统的健康教育能够增强牙齿正畸患者的个人口腔保健措施意识,显著降低患者牙龈炎的发生情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of individual oral health measures to gingivitis during the orthodontic treatment.Method:Selected 400 patients with the dental orthodontic admitted to our hospital from March 2007 to January 2013,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,200 cases in each group.Experimental group took systematic health education to enhance their personal oral health measures,and control group took general health education,then observed and compared the occurrence of gingivitis of two groups in 3,6 months after treatment.Result:After treatment,the experimental group in 6 months gingivitis rate was 9%,the control group was 24%,by compared the gingivitis rates between the two groups,difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic health education can enhance personal awareness of oral health measures in orthodontic patients,significantly reduced the incidence of the patients with gingivitis.更多还原
