【摘要】 目的:分析老年脂溢性角化病的围术期护理措施。方法:将笔者所在医院实施常规护理的46例脂溢性角化病老年患者作为对照组,将实施围术期综合护理的53例老年患者作为观察组,对比两组患者的心理状态、治愈率、术后并发症发生率及患者满意率情况。结果:观察组患者满意率、患者心理状态及术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治愈率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期综合护理措施可有效提升手术治愈率及患者满意率,有效缓解患者心理压力,并明显降低术后并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze perioperative care methods of elderly seborrheic keratosis.Method:Will the author’s hospital implementation of routine nursing care of 46 cases of seborrheic keratosis elderly patients as control group,will implement comprehensive perioperative nursing of 53 cases of elderly patients as observation group,compared two groups of patients’state of mind,the cure rate,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction.Result:Observation group of patients’satisfaction,patient’s psychological status and postoperative complication rates were significantly better than control group,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant( P <0.01);Observation group cure rate was better than control group,two groups compare difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative care measures can effectively improve the cure rate and patient satisfaction rates,effectively alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,and significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
