【摘要】 目的:探讨128层螺旋CT在肋骨病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:对45例经手术和病理证实,或经临床动态观察证实的肋骨病变进行128层螺旋CT检查与后处理重建。结果:45例病变中,32例为良性病变,其中10例为骨岛,9例为骨纤维异常增殖症,5例为软骨类良性肿瘤,4例为结核,4例为陈旧骨折。恶性病变13例,其中转移瘤8例,骨髓瘤4例,骨巨细胞瘤1例。结论:128层螺旋CT断层扫描及其后处理技术(包括VR、MPR、MIP、CPR)可完整显示肋骨病变的细微改变,在肋骨病变诊断中具有非常明显的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of 128-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib lesions.Methods:45 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology,or confirmed by clinical observe dynamic rib lesions for 128-slice spiral CT examination and post-processing reconstruction.Results:In 45 cases,32 cases of benign lesions,including 10 cases of bone island,9 cases of abnormal bone fibre hyperplasia,cartilage for 5 cases of benign tumors,4 cases of tuberculosis,4 cases of old fracture.13 cases of malignant lesions,including,8 cases of metastatic tumors,4 cases of myeloma,giant cell tumor 1 case. Conclusion:128-slice spiral CT scanning and post-processing technique (including VR and MPR,MIP,or CPR) can complete a rib lesions of small change,it has obvious application value in the diagnosis.更多还原
