【摘要】 目的:比较多西紫杉醇及氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂(DOF)与顺铂(DCF)方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法:将60例初治晚期胃癌的患者随机分成研究组和对照组。研究组30例患者给予DOF方案(多西紫杉醇及氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂);对照组30例患者给予DCF方案(多西紫杉醇及氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂),21d作为1个周期,治疗6个周期后评价疗效。结果:按RECIST标准进行疗效评定,研究组CR3例,PR14例,总有效率为56.7%;对照组CR4例,PR12例,总有效率为53.3%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组主要毒副反应为白细胞减少、脱发以及胃肠道的反应,患者可耐受,对患者生活质量的影响较小,研究组的外周神经毒性较对照组高,但胃肠道反应较轻。结论:DOF方案治疗晚期胃癌,相对DCF方案,有相同疾病进展时间以及中位生存时间,但毒副反应轻,适合临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe concept of the docetaxel and fluorouracil plus oxaliplatin (DOF) and cisplatin (DCF) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:The 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group of 30 patients given the DCF regimen (docetaxel,FU and cisplatin),the study group of 30 patients given the DOF the program (docetaxel,FU and oxaliplatin).21 d as a cycle,efficacy the evaluation after six cycles of treatment.Results:Efficacy assessed by RECIST criteria,the study group CR 3 cases,PR 14 cases,the total effective rate was 56.7%;the control group CR 4 cases,PR 12 cases,the total effective rate was 53.3%,the efficacy of the two groups showed no significant difference( P >0.05).Study group major toxicities were neutropenia,alopecia,as well as the reaction of the gastrointestinal tract,the patient tolerated less impact on the quality of life in patients with high research group peripheral neurotoxicity than the control group,but mild gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion:In summary, relative DCF program,DOF program with which the same disease progression and median survival time,but the toxicity light,especially better treatment naive persons with advanced gastric suitable for popularization and application to clinical.更多还原
