【摘要】 目的:探讨肝实质切开取石术联合胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石的临床效果。方法:选择来笔者所在医院就诊的180例肝内胆管结石患者,将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组仅行肝实质切开取石术治疗,试验组患者行肝实质切开取石术联合胆道镜治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:试验组患者结石残余率、结石复发率和术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组患者,两组患者临床疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次临床研究结果表明,肝实质切开取石术联合胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石,具有较为满意的临床疗效,且结石残余率和复发率较低,因而具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the hepatic parenchyma lithotomy incision combined with choledochoscope for intrahepatic bile duct stones clinical effect.Methods:In our hospital,180 cases of hepatolithiasis patients,divided into control group and experimental group,control group only received liver parenchyma lithotomy treatment,the experimental group underwent hepatic parenchyma lithotomy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results:In patients with calculi residual rate,relapse rate and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly better than the control group patients,two patients clinical curative effect contrast statistical differences ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research results show that,the liver parenchyma lithotomy incision combined with choledochoscope for intrahepatic bile duct stone,with satisfactory clinical curative effect,and the stones residual rate and lower relapse rate,so it has high value in clinical application.更多还原
