港陆1500热连轧板形设定策略研究
Profile and flatness calculation strategy for Ganglu 1500 mm hot strip mill
【摘要】 在热轧带钢板形过程控制中,板形设定策略是影响板形控制精度的重要因素。由北京金自天正智能控制股份有限公司和澳大利亚IAS公司合作开发的P&F板形控制系统,采用以实际粗轧最后道次数据为依据和调用相关模型的入口凸度计算策略,摒除了精轧入口凸度采用固定值的不科学性;轧后出口凸度计算策略,考虑了机架间带钢二次变形的影响;基于翘曲极限的板形凸度分配策略,考虑了带钢翘曲极限和设备调节能力;根据精轧过程的不同速度,分时序的轧辊热凸度计算策略,更接近实际生产过程。以上策略既保证了控制精度又很好地发挥了设备调控能力,应用后取得了良好的板形控制效果。
【Abstract】 In the profile and flatness(P&F) control system of hot strip rolling process,P&F calculation strategy is the key factor which affects the precision of strip shape.A new P&F control system is developed by Aritime Company and IAS Company.For the shape control strategy,it includes entry profile calculation which is based on actual last pass data instead of the fixed value of the roughing mill,natural profile calculation considering the influence of creep deformation,and distribution of profile change strategy considering strip buckle limits and equipment ability,thermal crown calculation depending on V/T strategy which is closer to actual production.The strategies ensure the control precision and have achieved a better control effect than before.
