【摘要】 目的通过与脑电双频指数(BIS)的比较,评估重症肠道病毒71(EV71)感染患儿使用Ramsay评分作为临床镇静评估工具的有效性。方法将儿童重症监护室(PICU)不需要机械通气的重症EV71感染患儿30例纳入研究,Ramsay评分由护士评定,每4小时1次,连续评定6次。而BIS值由PICU医生记录,相互之间不知情。结果 30个重症EV71感染患儿共收集180个成对的Ramsay/BIS值。Ramsay评分与BIS值直线回归系数r=0.773(P<0.01)。结论重症EV71感染患儿的Ramsay评分与BIS值相关良好。重症EV71感染无机械通气的患儿,Ramsay评分是一种有效的监测镇静深度的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the validity of the Ramsay score as a tool for clinical sedation assessment of children infected with severe enterovirus 71(EV71)by comparing with the Bispectral Index score(BIS).Methods 30 cases of children infected with severe EV71,who didn’t need medical ventilation in pediatric intensive care unit(ICU),were enrolled in the study.The Ramsay score was given by nurses every 4hours for 6times continuously.The BIS were recorded by PICU physicians.The nurses were blind to the BIS score and the physicians were blind to the Ramsay score.Results 180pairs of Ramsay/BIS scores were colleted among all the cases.The regression coefficient between the Ramsay score and BIS measurement was 0.773(P<0.01).Conclusion The BIS measurement correlates well with the Ramsay score in children with severe EV71infection.The Ramsay score was a valid tool of assessing the level of sedation in children with severe EV71infection without being ventilated.更多还原
