【摘要】 本文根据世界知识产权组织网提供的数据,统计了1994—2009年期间我国高校国际专利PCT中请状况,分析了2001—2009年期间高校PCT申请在国际专利分类表各部中的分布特征,并对2004—2009年期间高校PCT主要申请人和申请的技术热点进行了重点分析.数据表明当前我国高校PCT国际中请主要集中在通信、医药、化工和生物等领域,为我国高校创新主体的技术研发和海外专利布局提供有价值的信息.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data from the world intellectual property organization website,it describes the Chinese university international patent PCT application status from 1994 to 2009,summarizes the distribution characteristics in the international patent classification from 2001 to 2009,and emphatically analyzes the main applicants and their application technical fields from 2004 to 2009.All the results indicate that university PCT international applications mainly concentrate on the fields of communication,medicine,chemical,biology and so on.It may provide some valuable information for universities’ technology R&D and patent application abroad as innovation subjects.更多还原
