茜草中总黄酮的超声提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:优化茜草中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:以硝酸铝显色法测定总黄酮提取率,通过单因素试验探讨了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间等因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并采用正交试验确定了最佳提取条件。结果:茜草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:30,提取时间50 min,此条件下总黄酮的提取率为2.730%。结论:与传统提取方法相比,该工艺提取效率高、提取时间短,操作简单且结果稳定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma.Methods:The effect factors to extraction rate including ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,extraction time,which measured by coloration method with alu minum nitrate,were investigated by single factor test,and the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained by orthogonal test.Results:The extraction rate of total flavonoids in Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was 2.730%under the optimal extracting conditions:ethanol 60%,ratio of material to liquid 1:30 and extraction time 50 min.Conclusion:Compared with traditional way,the optimized ultrasonic extraction process is efficient,rapid,simple,and stable.
