【Abstract】 From the Qin Dynasty to the Wei, Jin and Six Dynasties, aesthetic core of pine is evergreen and straight. Since the Tang Dynasty, beauty of the old pine, such as vicissitudes of life, ugly, magnificent, received more attention from the literati, reflecting new aesthetic fashion:strange is beautiful. Physical beauty of the old pine is mainly represented in the three aspects: the figure, the posture and the charm, which is richly described in literary works.
