【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后出血原因及处理对策,避免不可逆并发症的发生。方法对68例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后出血患者临床资料进行分析。结果 58例经保守治疗治愈,10例经行电切镜下止血后治愈。结论术前严格掌握手术适应证,术中规范操作及认真止血,术后准确判断出血原因及积极治疗,对前列腺电切除术后出血的防治有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the bleeding cause of transurethral vaporization of prostate(TUVP) and correlative treatment,so as to avoid irreversible complications.Methods The clinical data of a total of 68 patients with hemorrhage after TUVP were analyzed.Results 58 cases were healed after receiving conventional treatment,10 cases were healed after receiving resectoscope hemostasis.Conclusion To prevent bleeding after TUVP,it’s important to analyze indications before operation,to standardize the procedure during operation,and to evaluate the bleeding cause and to perform hemostasis after operation.更多还原
