微型固定床反应器合成甲基氯硅烷工艺条件的研究
Study on Synthesis of Dimethyldichlorosilane in Micro-fixed Bed Reactor
【摘要】 利用微型固定床反应器研究了直接法合成甲基氯硅烷过程中温度、压力对二甲基二氯硅烷的收率和硅粉转化率的影响。结果发现:升高反应温度、增加反应压力可以缩短诱导期,增大反应速率,硅粉转化率和二甲基二氯硅烷收率也得到提高,但过高的温度和压力会使二甲基二氯硅烷的选择性下降。此反应体系的较佳温度为320℃,压力为0.4 MPa。
【Abstract】 The micro-fixed bed reactor was employed to investigate the effects of temperature and pressure on the yield and selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane by direct synthesis.Results showed that raising the temperature and pressure shortened the induction time,improved the conversion rate of silicon powder and the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane.However,the selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane was decreased at a overheat temperature and pressure.The temperature of 320 ℃ and the pressure of 0.4 MPa were preferred under the reaction condition.
