氧杂全氟羧酸双季戊四醇酯的制备

【摘要】 研究了一种新型含氟表面活性剂氧杂全氟羧酸双季戊四醇酯的合成方法。以六氟环氧丙烷齐聚体混合物和双季戊四醇为原料,在缚酸剂存在下,有机溶剂中进行酯化反应,得到氧杂全氟羧酸双季戊四醇酯。经红外光谱(FT-IR)和质谱(ESI-MS)表征了产物分子结构,优化了酯化反应工艺条件:n[(HFPO)n]∶n(双季戊四醇)=2∶1,DMF为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,在80℃下反应5 h,收率可达86.9%。

【Abstract】 Preparation of dipentaerythrityl oxaperfluoro- carbxylate were investigated. Dipentaerythrityl oxaperfluoro- carbxylate was synthesized from oligopolymer of trifluoro( trifluoromethyl) oxirane [( HFPO) n ]and dipentaerythritol in solvent and in the presence of alkali by esterification. Dipentaerythrityl oxaperfluoro- carbxylate was characterized by FT- IR and ESI- MS. The optimum conditions of esterification was n[( HFPO) n ]: n( dipentaerythritol) = 2 ∶ 1,react in DMF in the presence of Et 3 N at 80 ℃ for 5 h. The yield of dipentaerythrityl oxaperfluoro- carbxylate was 86. 9%.
