【摘要】 目的了解关节功能障碍患者对疼痛知识和疼痛信念掌握的现状。方法采用自行设计的疼痛知识、信念问卷对92名关节功能障碍患者进行调查。结果关节功能障碍患者疼痛认知平均值为(6.33±2.20)分,信念平均值为(32.73±3.81)分。影响认知的主要因素为文化程度,影响信念的主要因素为文化程度和既往使用止痛药史;疼痛知识与疼痛信念存在正相关。结论关节功能障碍患者疼痛知识与信念的掌握情况较差,需要加强对护理人员有关疼痛知识的培训,改善对患者疼痛相关知识教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of understanding the pain knowledge and beliefs in patient with joint dysfunction.Methods A total of 92patients with joint dysfunction was surveyed by self-designed questionnaires on pain knowledge and beliefs.Results The score of pain knowledge was(6.33±2.20)points and that of pain beliefs was(32.73±3.81)points.The main factor affecting pain knowledge was education level and the main factors affecting beliefs were education level and medication history.Conclusion The pain knowledge and beliefs of patients with joint dysfunction are under satisfaction.The training of pain-related knowledge for the nurses should be strengthened to improve the education level for the patients with joint dysfunction.更多还原
