【摘要】 目的研究脑出血后血肿周围脑组织中脑细胞凋亡与凝血酶的关系。方法脑出血后行开颅血肿清除和脑叶切除内减压手术的患者32例,取距离血肿1cm以内(实验组)和≥3cm脑组织(对照组),用ELISA法检测凝血酶含量,TUNEL法检测脑细胞凋亡率。电镜观察脑组织显微结构。结果实验组凝血酶含量及脑细胞凋亡率高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组凝血酶含量及脑细胞凋亡率在脑出血12h后均逐渐增加,48h达高峰。电镜下,实验组中凋亡脑细胞明显多于对照组。结论脑出血后,血肿周围脑组织中脑细胞凋亡与凝血酶含量具有明显相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between brain cell apoptosis and thrombin in the brain tissues around hematoma.Methods In 32patients underwent hematoma clearance for intracranial hematoma,the brain tissues from the area within 1cm(group A)and ≥3cm(group B)around hematoma were taken for the determinations of thrombin with ELISA and brain cell apoptosis with TUNEL method.The morphological changes were observed with electron microscope.Results The brain cell apoptosis rate and thrombin content in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05or P<0.01),which increased at 12hand reached peak values at 48hafter operation.The brain cell apoptosis under microscope was remarkably more in group A than that in group B.Conclusion The brain cell apoptosis rate is closely associated with thrombin content in brain tissues around hematoma after in tracerobral hemorrhage.更多还原
