【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌组织中膜型基质金属蛋白酶2(MT2-MMP)的表达与肿瘤细胞增殖程度的相关性。方法免疫组化检测55例胃癌和11例癌旁正常组织中MT2-MMP蛋白及Ki-67的表达,分析MT2-MMP表达与患者临床病理特征及肿瘤细胞增殖程度的关系。结果 MT2-MMP蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达水平高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中MT2-MMP的表达水平和患者临床病理特征无明显相关性。淋巴结转移患者的MT2-MMP表达水平与Ki-67阳性细胞百分比呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MT2-MMP在胃癌组织中高表达,并与肿瘤细胞增殖有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of membrane-type 2 matrix metalloproteinase(MT2-MMP)in human gastric cancer and its correlation with cancer cell proliferation.Methods The expressions of MT2-MMP and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 55cases of gastric cancer and 11cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissue.The correlation between MT2-MMP expression and clinicopathological features as well as cancer cell proliferation was analyzed.Results The expression level of MT2-MMP in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05),which was not significantly correlated to the clinicopathological features,but positively correlated to the percentage of Ki-67positive cells in the patients with lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion MT2-MMP protein is highly expressed in human gastric cancer tissues and significantly correlated to cancer cell proliferation.更多还原
