全髋关节置换术中负压骨水泥技术对循环的影响

【摘要】 目的比较全髋关节置换术(THR)注入骨水泥过程中应用负压技术与骨水泥枪对患者循环的影响。方法 51例THR患者分为负压组(A组,26例)和骨水泥枪组(B组,25例)。记录骨水泥注入前、注入时和注入后3、5、10min时患者BP、HR和SpO2。术后6个月用Harris评分评价髋关节功能。结果在骨水泥注入时,B组患者BP、HR和SpO2波动较A组明显(P<0.05);A组在注入骨水泥5min时各项指标恢复,B组在注入骨水泥10min时各项指标恢复。术后6个月,两组患者Harris评分优良率均为100%。结论 THR期间,骨水泥注入过程中采用负压吸引技术可降低心血管系统并发症发生的风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of negative pressure technique and cement-gun during pouring bone cement on circulation function in total hip replacement(THR).Methods During putting cement in 51patients undergoing THR,a negative pressure technique was used in 26cases(group A)and cement-gun was used in 25cases(group B).The BP,HR and SpO2were recorded before operation(T0),at the times of pouring bone cement(T1),3min(T2),5min(T3)and 10min(T4)after pouring bone cement.Results The fluctuations of BP,HR and SpO2at T1were less in group A than those in group B(P<0.05),which returmed to normal at T3in group A and at T4in group B.The excellent and good rates evaluated by Harris scoring 6months later were all 100%in both groups.Conclusion During THR,pouring bone cement with negative pressure technique may reduce the risk for cardiovascular events.
