【摘要】 目的探讨咖啡酸片联合糖皮质激素治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的疗效。方法将40例ITP患者随机均分为泼尼松或地塞米松联合咖啡酸片治疗组(A组)、泼尼松或地塞米松治疗对照组(B组),观察两组治疗前后的血小板计数。结果两组治疗前血小板计数无统计学差异;治疗后2、4周,A组、B组血小板计数均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.01),且A组血小板增加程度显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论咖啡酸片联合糖皮质激素对ITP的短期疗效优于单用糖皮质激素的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of caffeic acid tablets combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods A total of 40patients with ITP was equally randomized into group A(given prednisone or dexamethasone combined with caffeic acid tablets)and group B(given prednisone or dexamethasone).The platelet count was calculated before and after treatment in two groups.Results There was no significant difference in platelet count between group A and group B before treatment.On the 2nd and 4th week after treatment,the platelet count was significantly increased in both groups,and the increase of platelet count in group A was more than that in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The short-term efficacy of caffeic acid tablets combined with glucocorticoid achieves a better result than that of single glucocorticoid.更多还原
