测定纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯的微波萃取前处理
Microwave extraction pretreatment for determination of phthalates in textiles
【摘要】 采用微波萃取技术替代传统的索氏提取前处理技术,用于纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯的提取。在115℃萃取条件下,采用二氯甲烷/甲醇(1∶1)作为提取溶剂,提取效率较索氏萃取方式可提高31.6%,前处理时间缩短至39min。该方法的检测限为10mg/kg(DBP、BBP、DEHP、DNOP)和50mg/kg(DINP、DIDP),平均回收率为85.4%~102.5%,RSD为2.2%~6.1%。
【Abstract】 Microwave pretreatment instead of Soxhlet pretreatment is applied to extraction of phthalates in textites.Under the extraction conditions of extracting at 115℃ with ethylene chloride and methanol(1∶1)as solvent,the extraction efficiency of phthalates by microwave technology is increased by 31.6%,and pretreatment time is shortened to39 min.The detection limits are 10 mg/kg(DBP,BBP,DEHP,DNOP)and50 mg/kg(DINP,DIDP),the average recovery is 85.4%~102.5%,and the RSD is 2.2%~6.1%.
