【摘要】 采用低温助剂TF-189L,在涤棉织物上进行长车一步低温汽蒸前处理工艺,处理后织物完全满足染色半成品要求,与传统高温退、煮、漂工艺相比,缩短了前处理工序,节约了蒸汽,降低了前处理成本;采用低温助剂TF-179D,对涤棉或全棉织物上进行卷染低温前处理,与传统长车工艺相比,半制品质量更优,工艺操作灵活,降低了能耗,在小批量多品种生产中优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Continuous one step steaming pretreatment of polyester/cotton fabric at low temperature with low-temperature auxiliary TF-189L is carried out.The semi-product can completely meet the reqiurements for dyeing.Compared with the traditional high temperature desizing,scouring and bleaching process,this low temperature process features shortened procedure,less steam consumption and reduced cost.The pretreatment of polyester/cotton and cotton fabrics at low temperature with low-temperature agent TF-179D in jig machine are also introduced.This jig process features higher quality of semi-product,lower energy consumption and more flexibility and has advantages in multi-varieties and small-batch productions,compared with the traditional continous process.更多还原
