活性染液浓度在线检测的解决方案初探

【摘要】 对染色过程中染料浓度实行在线监测,是实现染色闭环高级控制的必要手段,目前主要采用分光光度法进行在线监测。针对应用分光光度计实现在线监测活性染料浓度中存在的中性盐和碱对染料吸光度的影响,提出了建立染料-浓度数学预测模型的解决方案。通过大量试验,得到吸光度关于染料浓度、盐浓度和碱浓度的模型,从而可以在染色过程中,通过实时采集吸光度数据而得到染浴中的染料浓度和染料上染率等重要信息,对于实现在线监测有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 On-line monitoring of the dyebath is a necessary way to realize the closed-loop control method during dyeing process.The spectrophotometer is used as the main detection means of all kinds of on-line monitoring methods,but the presence of the salt and soda has much effect on the dye absorbance.In order to solve the problems,a solution is put forward to establish the dye concentration mathematical prediction model.This equation is a function of dye concentration,salt concentration and alkali concentration based on a large number of experiments.With this kind of equation and absorbance data gathered during the dyeing progress,the dye concentration of the dyebath,dye up-take and other important information can be obtained,which can give some guidance to on-line monitoring.
