涤纶织物的磷-氮水性聚氨酯阻燃整理
Flame resistant finish of polyester fabric with phosphorus-nitrogen water-based polyurethane
【摘要】 以甲苯二异氰酸酯与N,N-双(2-羟甲基)氨基乙基膦酸二甲酯反应,合成了反应型磷-氮改性阻燃水性聚氨酯织物涂层剂,并应用于涤纶织物的阻燃整理。考察了其对整理织物手感、阻燃性能、耐水洗性能及色变的影响,并用扫描电镜对织物燃烧后的炭层进行分析。试验结果表明,当涂层剂中的磷-氮阻燃剂含量为15%时,阻燃整理织物的手感柔软而干爽,耐水洗性能良好,垂直燃烧性能达到GB/T 5455—1997 B1级标准,总色差值均小于4.0,对布样色变影响小。
【Abstract】 A flame retardant waterborne polyurethane(PU) is synthesized with toluene diisocynate and N,N-bis(2-hydroxymethyl) aminoethyl phosphonic acid dimethyl ester,and is applied to flame retardant finish of polyester fabric.The handle,flame retardancy,durability and color change of the PU treated fabric are investigated,and the residue carbon layer after burning is characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) as well.The results show that the treated fabric with 15% phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant in the PU features soft and dry handle,good durability and flame retardancy with vertical combustibility of GB/T5455—1997 B1 level,and little color change with total color deviation less than 4.0.
