【摘要】 入选的重度斑块型银屑病患者146例,采用随机方式,将病例分为治疗组(A组,n=49),给予窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射,每周3次,并每晚外用0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶1次;单纯NB-UVB治疗组(B组,n=48),单纯给予NB-UVB照射;单纯他扎罗汀治疗组(C组,n=49),单纯给予0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶外用。3组患者均给予小剂量阿维A口服,4、8周后分别评价疗效,疗程结束12周随访复发情况。结果显示,A、B、C 3组有效率分别为93.9%、72.9%、69.4%,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未出现较严重的毒副作用,A组复发率也明显低于B组和C组。更多还原

【Abstract】 146 patients with severe plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into Group A,B and C.In Group A(Treatment Group),49 patients were given NB-UVB irradiation three times a week and applied tazarotene 0.05% gel once a night.In Group B(Control Group 1),48 cases were only given NB-UVB irradiation three times a week.The other patients in Group C(Control Group 2) were only applied tazarotene 0.05% gel every night.All the patients were given a small dose[0.3 ～ 0.5 mg /(kg.d) ]of acitretin.The clinical efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment respectively.The follow-up recurrence was assessed 12 weeks after treatment.After 8 weeks’treatment,the effective rates of group A,B and C were 93.9%,72.9% and 69.4% respectively.The difference between Group A,Group B and Group A,Group C were both statistically significant(P < 0.05) and relative severe side-effects had not occurred.The recurrence rate in Group A was obviously lower than that of Group B and C.更多还原
