【摘要】 2012年对延边地区60份烤烟样品进行了外观质量、化学成分和感官质量评价。结果表明,延边地区烟叶的外观质量显著提高,特别是烟叶的成熟度和橘黄烟比例提高较快,在叶片结构、身份和油分方面有较大提高,烟叶化学成分较为协调。但下部叶较薄,上部叶结构较紧实,烟叶的总糖和还原糖含量较高,钾含量较低。就不同产区而言,汪清产区的烟叶外观质量、感官质量和化学成分等协调性均较好;敦化产区的烟叶外观质量较好,化学成分及其协调性稍差;和龙、龙井产区化学成分协调性较好,外观质量欠佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluation for appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality of 60samples for flue-cured tobacco of Yanbian area in 2012were studied.The results showed that the appearance of the tobacco leaf quality of Yanbian increased significantly,especially tobacco maturity and orange smoke ratio improve faster,leaf structure,identity increased greatly,the oil content tobacco leaf chemical components are coordinated.But the lower leaves thiner,upper leaf structure tighter,the total sugar and reducing sugar content in tobacco leaf higher,the potassium content lower.In terms of different regions,Wangqing tobacco appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality of coordination better;Dunhua tobacco appearance quality good,chemical composition and its coordination a little bit poor;chemical composition and its coordination better in longjing and Helong but appearance quality poor.更多还原
