【摘要】 目的研究中药洗剂联合匹多莫德及伐昔洛韦治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法将58例扁平疣患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组29例。对照组给予匹多莫德及伐昔洛韦口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药洗剂外洗治疗,两组疗程均为14 d,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.1%,明显优于对照组的62.1%(χ2=8.031,P=0.005);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为17.2%、13.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.132,P=0.717)。结论中药洗剂联合匹多莫德及伐昔洛韦治疗扁平疣临床疗效显著,且未增加不良反应的发生,具有临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the effects and safety of traditional Chinese drug lotion with pidotimod and valaciclovir in the treatment of verruca planae.【Methods】58 patients with verruca planae were randomLy divided into the observation group and control group,29cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given oral pidotimod and valaciclovir treatment,patients in the observation group were given traditional chinese drug lotion with pidotimod and valaciclovir.They were treated about 14 days,clinical efficacy were observed.【Resluts】The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%, significantly better than 73.3% in the control group(χ2=8.031,P=0.005); The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.1% and 8.9% about two groups, respectively,there was not statistically significant(χ2=0.132,P=0.717). 【Conclusion】 There is significant clinical effect about traditional chinese drug lotion with pidotimod and valaciclovir in the treatment of verruca planae,and and no increased adverse reactions.It has clinical application value.更多还原
