【摘要】 目的探讨南宁市社区老年人致残眼病综合干预的方法。方法选取南宁市青秀区七星社区和南湖社区作为试点社区,由社区通知60岁以上老年人到社区进行视力、前房深度、眼底检查。从中筛选出老年性白内障、原发闭角型青光眼、Ⅱ期以上糖尿病视网膜病变患者。并将这些患者的资料输入课题组研发的管理软件.每年筛查一次。对于需要进一步诊治的患者,由医院开出复查通知单,在接到复查通知起12个月内来院接受诊治,依据病种情况随机抽取30例患者设为干预组,而在12个月内未到医院进一步诊治的患者依据病种随机抽取30例患者设为对照组。结果老年性白内障对照组患者和干预组患者在视力对比方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);原发闭角型青光眼对照组患者和干预组患者在视力、前房深度、眼压对比方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以上两个干预组的老年人视力明显高于对照组,而糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)干预组和对照组视力差异无显著性,χ2=1.316,P>0.05。结论通过对60岁以上社区老年人进行眼病筛查能及时发现需要治疗的患者,并及早干预,能有效的阻止可治性眼病转为不可逆盲,有效提高老年人生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the comprehensive intervention in elderly disability ophthalmopathy comprehensive intervention in Nanning community.【Methods】Check the vision,anterior chamber depth,fundus examination above 60 years old in Qixing and the South Lake community of qingxiu Community in Nanning.Selected the senile cataract and primary angle-closure glaucoma,diabetic retinopathy patients that more than II.And put the data entry in management software.Screening once a year.If the Patients need further treatmen,then the hospital out of the review notice.Selection randomLy 30 patients that accept the diagnosis and treatmen within 12 months as the intervention group,the other 30 patients are not accept the diagnosis and treatmen within 12 months as the contiol group.【Resluts】The intervention group compare the control group has significant(P<0.05) in senile cataract,The control group and the intervention group patients has significant difference in terms of visual acuity,anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure contrast,(P<0.05) in primary angle closure glaucoma,The control group and the intervention group patients has no significant(P>0.05) in Vision of Diabetic retinopathy(DR).【Conclusion】we can find out the patient who need treatment in time through the community eye screening,And go on the early intervention,then can effectively prevent converted to irreversible blindness,improve the quality of life of older persons.更多还原
