【摘要】 目的探讨将股前内侧穿支皮瓣游离并移植修复手足创面的临床效果,为手足创面修复寻找合适的临床治疗方法。方法对我院近一年收治的手足创面患者26例行股前内侧穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手术,术后随访3-8月,评价手术治疗效果,并对术后手足移植皮瓣感觉恢复情况、血管痉挛情况进行对比分析。结果本次26例患者移植皮瓣全部成活,没有出现皮瓣坏死情况。所有患者在16周后受区有明显感觉,前后数据对比有显著差异(P<0.05);患者血管痉挛情况在1周后全部消失,前后数据对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论采用股前内侧穿支皮瓣修复手足创面不但手术安全稳定,还降低了感染与并发症的发生几率,提高皮瓣成活率,整个手术过程安全简单,是治疗手足创面的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the shares anteromedial perforating branch flap and transplanted to repair the clinical effect of the hand,foot wounds need to find appropriate clinical treatment for hand,foot and wound healing.【Methods】26 cases shares on the hand,foot wound patients admitted in our hospital for nearly a year before the inside of perforating branch flap transplant repair surgery,patients were followed up for 3 to August,evaluation and surgical treatment.【Resluts】The 26 patients transplanted flaps survived,no flap necrosis.All patients after 16 weeks by the District obvious feeling before and after comparison of the data were significantly different(p <0.05);vasospasm in patients after 1 weeks in all but disappeared,before and after comparison of the data were significantly different(p <0.05).【Conclusion】the femoral medial perforating branch flap of hand,foot and wound not only surgery is safe and stable,and also reduce the chance of infection and the occurrence of complications,improve flap survival rate throughout the procedure is safe and simple,is the preferred method of treatment of hand,foot and wound.更多还原
