【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)水平在滋养细胞疾病中的诊断和治疗中监测预后的价值研究。方法应用ELISA双抗体夹心酶联免疫方法测定32例正常孕妇、34例葡萄胎、26例侵蚀性葡萄胎、19例绒癌血清中PAPP-A含量及血清水平,进行对比分析。结果葡萄胎组、侵蚀性葡萄胎组、绒癌组PAPP-A明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而葡萄胎组、侵蚀性葡萄胎组PAPP-A显著高于绒癌组,且差异均具有统计学意(P<0.05);葡萄胎组、侵蚀性葡萄胎组、绒癌组血清PAPP-A与β-HCG呈正相关;侵蚀性葡萄胎组、绒癌组的PAPP-A与临床分期、预后评分有关。结论联合测定PAPP-A与β-HCG可作为鉴别GTD、估计恶性程度、观察和随访的有用指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the value of pregnancy-associate plasma protein A(PAPP-A) in the diagnosis and treatment of gestational trophoblastic disease.【Methods】 The serum levels of PAPP-A in 32 cases of normal pregnancy women、34 cases of hydatidiform mole women、26 cases of invasive mole women and 19 cases of choriocarcinoma women were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA.【Resluts】 PAPP-A levels are higher in hydatidiform mole 、invasive mole and choriocarcinoma women than that in normal pregnancy(P<0.05),and PAPP-A levels are higher in hydatidiform mole 、invasive mole women than that in choriocarcinoma women(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between PAPP-A and β-HCG levels of the GTD women;PAPP-A levels is relation to clinical stages and Prognostic Score of invasive mole and choriocarcinoma women.【Conclusion】 Simultaneous determination of PAPP-A and β-HCG levels may be used as Useful index of diagnosis and observe and follow-up visit in the GTD women.更多还原
