【摘要】 [目的]对延边大学朝鲜族和汉族教职工高脂血症及脂肪肝检出情况进行分析.[方法]在2011—2012年延边大学2 013名朝鲜族和汉族教职工体检结果中对高脂血症、脂肪肝的检出率进行比较分析.[结果]延边大学朝鲜族教职工的高脂血症及脂肪肝检出率均明显高于汉族,男性高于女性,相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);中年组是高脂血症及脂肪肝检出率的高发群体.脂肪肝组各种血脂水平异常率高于非脂肪肝组(P<0.01).[结论]延边大学朝鲜族与汉族、男性与女性教职工的高脂血症及脂肪肝检出率间存在差异.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo analyze the detection status of hyperlipidemia(HLP)and fatty liver in teaching and administrative staffs of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian University.METHODS From 2011to 2012,the detection rate of HLP and fatty liver in 2013teaching and administrative staffs of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian University was comparatively analyzed by the results of physical examination.RESULTSThe detection rate of HLP and fatty liver was significantly higher in Korean-Chinese than in Han nationality and in male than in female(P<0.01),and middle aged faculty was high incidence population of suffering from HLP and fatty liver,and the dyslipidemia with fatty liver was significantly higher than that without fatty liver(P< 0.01).CONCLUSIONThe detection rate of HLP and fatty liver is significantly different between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian University.更多还原
