【Abstract】 Mr.He Lin is one of the outstanding representatives of Chinese Modern Neo-Confucian in the first half period of the 20th century.He establishes an ideological system of "Neo-idealism of Lu & Wang",in which he conceives his own cultural philosophy in particular.Under this cultural philosophy,he integrates the Chinese culture with Western culture comprehensively,and seeks for the appropriate approaches for "the new development of Confucianism".In the theory,Mr.He Lin makes a creative and brand-new explanation to the Confucian ethical code,which can profoundly enlighten us to further understand and to develop the spirit of Confucian ethic.The main contents are as follows: examining the Confucian ethical code by thinking essentially;revealing the real spirit and the moral value of "Five Constant Human Relationships" and "Three Cardinal Guides" from a historical standpoint and a modern visual angle and,pointing out their historical limitations and complementing them;enriching the Confucian ethical code by absorbing the essence of Christianity.更多还原
