RECK蛋白在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的探讨RECK蛋白在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用EIivision二步法检测RECK蛋白在62例(Ⅰ级14例,Ⅱ级16例,Ⅲ级16例,Ⅳ级16例)脑星形细胞瘤和10例正常脑组织标本中的表达水平。结果 RECK蛋白在正常脑组织和Ⅰ~Ⅳ级脑星形细胞瘤中的阳性表达率分别是70.00%、21.43%、25.00%、12.50%、0.00%,在正常脑组织与脑星形细胞瘤之间有显著性差异(P<0.01),在脑星形细胞瘤不同病理级别间RECK阳性表达率有差异(P<0.05)。Spearman’s相关分析结果表明:随着脑星形细胞瘤病理级别的增加,RECK的表达率明显下降且具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 RECK在脑星形细胞瘤中低表达;且随脑星形细胞瘤病理级别的增高,阳性表达率下降。RECK在脑星形细胞瘤发生发展过程中具有作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the expression level of RECK in the human astrocytomas. Methods Expression level of RECK protein was investigated by immunohistochemistry EIivision method in 62 cases(grade I 14 cases, grade II 16 cases, grade III 16 cases, grade IV 16 cases) of the human astrocytomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissue. Results The positive percentage of RECK was 70.00%, 21.43%, 25.00%, 12.50%, 0.00% respectively in 10 cases of normal brain tissue and from I to IV grade of human astrocytomas. The expression of RECK was significantly different between the normal brain tissue and the human astrocytomas(P <0.01), and the expression of RECK was different among the different grades(P <0.05). Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient: along with the pathological grade increasing of human astrocytomas, the positive percentage and the expressive intensity of RECK descended gradually(P <0.01). Conclusions RECK is underexpressed in the human astrocytomas, and the positive percentage and the expressive intensity of RECK descends with the increasing of pathological grade of human astrocytomas. RECK plays an important role in tumorigenesis and progression of human astrocytomas.
