糖尿病周围血管神经病变LED混合光治疗仪的研制与临床应用思路

【摘要】 目的针对国内现有相关的物理治疗设备临床效果不甚理想的现状,探讨治疗糖尿病周围血管神经病变(DPBN)的LED混合光治疗仪的研制与临床应用思路。方法选取890nm±10%和660nm±10%两个波长的LED作为治疗核心部件,制成LED混合光治疗仪。结果该治疗仪的设计具有良好的经济和社会效益。结论经过研制的完善与成果的转化,LED混合光治疗仪将为DPBN的治疗提供积极有效的临床应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the considerations on the development and clinical application of mixed LED phototherapy equipment for peripheral blood vessel and nerves lesion in patients with diabetes. Methods LEDs with wavelength of 890 nm ± 10% and 660 nm ± 10% were selected as core component to manufacture mixed LED phototherapy equipment. Results The mixed LED phototherapy equipment had good economic and social benefits. Conclusions With improvement and development, the mixed LED phototherapy equipment can provide positive and effective clinical application in the treatment of diabetes peripheral blood-vessel and neuropathy.
