【摘要】 目的探讨分析妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床诊断、治疗、预后。方法回顾性我院2002年1月至2012年1月间收治的10例妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料。结果 10例妇科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,均经彩色多普勒超声检查确诊,给予抗凝、溶栓、祛聚、抗炎等进行综合治疗,其中8例患者痊愈出院,2例患者好转出院,无肺栓塞发生。治疗时间为6～25天,平均治疗时间为(13.5±2.5)天。结论妇科手术后应重视下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防工作,做到早发现,早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis, treatment, prognosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after gynecologic operation. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with gynecologic operation complicated with deep venous thrombosis in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. With the comprehensive treatment, 8 cases were cured and 2 cases were improved, without case of pulmonary embolism. The treatment time was 6～25d, with the average time of (13.5±2.5) d. Conclusions More attention should be paid to the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after gynecologic operation. Early discovery and early treatment are important.更多还原
