【摘要】 目的通过对乳腺癌术后持续负压引流和加压包扎引流的比较,分析两种不同引流方式的疗效及术后并发症情况。方法回顾性分析我院自2008年2月至2010年11月在我院收治并实施乳腺癌手术的患者52例,将其分为治疗组与对照组各26例。治疗组患者采取持续负压引流进行术后治疗,对照组患者采取加压包扎引流进行术后治疗;定期对所有患者术后身体指标进行检测。结果治疗组患者舒适例数较对照组患者明显增多且无明显皮下积液等并发症出现。结论乳腺癌术后采取持续负压引流较加压包扎引流疗效明显,且持续负压引流过程简单,操作方便,对患者术后恢复无明显影响,对临床治疗有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects and postoperative complications of continuous negative pressure drainage and compression bandage drainage after breast cancer operation. Methods 52 patients with breast cancer operation in our hospital from February 2008 to November 2010 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into two groups, with 26 cases in each group. The treatment group received the continuous negative pressure drainage, while the control group received the compression bandage drainage. The physical indicators after the operation were monitored on time. Results The cases of patients with comfortable feeling in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, and no obvious subcutaneous effusion was found. Conclusions The continuous negative pressure drainage after the breast cancer has better effect compared than the compression bandage drainage. It has a positive effect on the clinical treatment due to its simple process, and no significant influence to patients’ postoperative recovery.更多还原
