【摘要】 目的探讨穴位按摩配合饮食疗法对减轻颅脑损伤病人早期头痛的效果。方法对64例颅脑损伤患者随机分成对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采用常规护理方法,而观察组在对照组的基础上,采取有针对性护理干预措施。结果观察组患者护理干预后疼痛程度明显低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩配合饮食疗法能有效地缓解早期头痛,提高患者配合治疗的主动性,促进机体早日康复,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of acupuncture point massage combined with diet therapy to reduce the early headache in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods Sixty-four patients with craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional nursing method, and the observation group were treated with targeted nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group. Results The patients of the observation group had significantly lower pain after nursing intervention than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture point massage combined with diet therapy can effectively relieve early headache, improve the patients with initiative treatment, promote their speedy recovery and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
